"We loved our stay. All staff are wonderful and ensure we felt welcome and looked after. Such a fabulous hotel in the best location possible we could walk everywhere, shopping centre attached for convenience and access to train from internal escalater. Food outstanding."

"The hotel was a bit away from Main Street. Staff were all great!!! Breakfast was good, maybe cook the sausages a bit browner. The Upholstery on some other furniture should’ve been cleaned. The view was not good, saw a wall even in an expensive room. "

"The hotel had a relaxed and cool environment during a major heat wave in Thailand. The staff where friendly and polite. We had a junior suite which was comfortable and cleaned regularly. A fridge/freezer and microwave were supplied along with complimentary tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks, replaced daily. The a/c was excellent. The bed was huge and exteremely comfortable. There was a seperate bath and shower in a large bathroom, towels changed daily. Room service was good and reasonably...
