"From the moment I arrived at The Udaya Resorts & Spa and was warmly welcomed by the team on reception, I knew why this resort is rated one of the absolute best in Ubud. The property provides the ultimate peace and quiet in a tranquil jungle escape, while still offering easy access to central Ubud for all its incredible food and shopping. The resort even provides a regular, complimentary shuttle bus service into the town centre that runs every two hours and only takes about 10 minutes, making traveling back and forth completely effortless day and night. The entire resort grounds are breathtaking, featuring beautifully maintained tropical gardens and a stunning infinity pool area that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at peace. The dining experience at the restaurant was equally fantastic, with a great choice for breakfast each morning where everything is cooked to order. What really stood out during my stay, however, was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Their kindness, natural warmth, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression, and it truly felt like nothing was too much trouble for the team. Ubud is a magical and fascinating place, and one to which I shall definitely be returning. When I do so, The Udaya Resorts & Spa will be the only place I will consider staying. Matur suksma!"

"Our stay at MMP was the best part of our vacation in Bali. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Their spa gave the best massages. My husband even joined me on their yoga classes and was encouraged to continue practicing it at home. Lastly, I woke up each morning anticipating the best complimentary breakfasts with lots of delicious choices of Balinese, American, and European cuisine!"

"We stayed at Onyx for six nights in the penthouse apartment as a family of four. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay and there were many things we really liked about the property, particularly the spacious accommodation, pool, children’s facilities, gym, food and service. However, there were also several aspects of the penthouse and overall resort experience that I felt could be improved. Some of these are relatively minor inconveniences, while others are worth considering, particularly for families travelling with young children. The penthouse itself was clean, spacious and comfortable. Having plenty of space was a real benefit for our family, especially as we were staying for six nights. The bed was also very comfortable, which made a big difference during our stay. The room was generally well presented, although I personally found the artwork and decor quite overwhelming. There were a lot of decorative elements competing for attention, and I think the space could feel more relaxing with a slightly simpler and more understated design. This is, of course, a matter of personal preference, but I felt that the decor sometimes took away from the otherwise beautiful and spacious apartment."
