"Although I only stayed for one night and did not get to use the amenities so I can’t comment on that. I can comment on the horrible check in process… I obviously booked in advance and my credit card was charged even before my arrival, however upon my arrival and check in, I was told I needed to not only provide the card that was used but also fill out an entire “fill in pdf” style form on my email, I was also told that if I don’t have the original payment, they would have to refund the original payment and make a whole new transaction…. This was the most barbaric style .. really needs to be rethought for ease of access."

"Very much enjoyed our stay at havana cabana. The room had some minor esthetic issues but nothing that causes major concerns. The shuttle drivers and bar staff were all excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing time in Key West."

"Unit was spacious, clean and well equipped with toiletries and kitchen items. Parking was flooded on arrival making it difficult to unload and load our vehicle and access the pool from our room. The property is seaside and not on the beach; however, there are sandy areas for sunbathing or sea access, a pool, and onsite excursions. Great for families."

"This is an excellent hotel to stay if you want a peaceful, quiet, low key place to hang while in Key West. While it is further out from the action, we found the shuttle to/from town very convienent. There is a paved trail across the street which was perfect for a morning run or walk down to Smathers Beach. The breakfast contained the usual breakfast buffet items which covered our needs. The pool and exercise room were an added bonus. The staff was friendly and reponsive to our requests. As it is near the airport, you can hear planes going over but that's true of any hotel in the area. Unless you sit in your room all day, you would hardly notice it (no flight noise between 9pm to 7am). The hotel facilities are clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our the four days we stayed and would definately stay there again. Highly recommend!"

"The property was disappointing for a Hilton property. It took multiple requests to get an ironing board in the room, and get the room cleaned. It is part of the stay to have the room cleaned but it was not in day one and was not cleaned until almost 6 PM on day two. The pool area routinely had debris around and floating in the pool. The pictures of the property show emerald green waters and clean beaches, this was not our experience. In the room, there were pieces tile missing from the floor in a few areas and on the building exterior, peeling paint was readily visible. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, including the great valet staff."

"The room was clean and the place was quiet, which is good. The air conditioning was really good cause you can put it to a temperature that is right for you. The breakfast was also good. We had a terrible amount of rain fall on our last night and it was scarry but the staff came to our room to assure us that everything was okay and it was. The front desk staff and concierge were very helpful."
