"We made a last-minute booking at the Hampton Inn Key West after our flight was canceled, and overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated the shuttle service to Duval Street, which made getting around easy.
We stayed for two nights, and our only disappointment was the housekeeping service. We did not receive housekeeping during our stay, so there were no fresh towels or replenished coffee supplies. When we spoke with the front desk, we were told that housekeeping does not come every day and that we needed to request replacement towels. This was surprising, as it never happened during our previous stay at this hotel.
On a positive note, the Tiki Bar was excellent. The atmosphere was great, and the wings were some of the best we had during our trip.
Overall, it’s a nice hotel with good amenities and a convenient location. We would stay again, but clearer communication regarding housekeeping services would have made the experience better."
