"The Carlisle Inn at Sugarcreek is outstanding! I would recommend it to everyone. It is everything you would expect for a stay in Amish country. The rooms were excellent in every way (cleanliness, size, amenities, layout, etc.). The property is impeccable. Food was great. Staff amazing. Can't say enough good things about it. Will absolutely be back."

"The room was clean but the shower stall base was unsteady. As you took your shower the floor of the shower rocked and creaked. The breakfast was okay. The rooms were not as soundproof as desirable. You could clearly hear the loud conversations of others around you. The balcony was small but a nice feature. The chair in the room was lacking padding. When you sat down in the chair, you really sat down. The staff was cordial and helpful although business related conversations were easily heard and probably should have taken place behind closed doors. Our overall stay was good."

"This hotel is the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. It has been there several years and it looks brand new. The staff was excellent (Tangy the day shift front desk person was awesome and very helpful). Also the the evening shift guy was very helpful and was busy every time I saw him) Great hotel and we will stay there again"
