"Everything about our stay was great. From missing our fist night due to the Mackinac Bridge closing - the staff was very accommodating when we contacted them - to checking in and out, etc. I’ve read some negative reviews online and I don’t understand them - the hotel was clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff was friendly. We had zero trouble and will definitely plan to stay with them again."
