"Wow this hotel was AMMMMMAZING! WHY just now this time we came to find out this wonderful hotel? We just stayed at other hotels without knowing that this hotel does exist! Wow. Trust me. This hotel has much much better than the other resort or hotel (especially if you don't need big fancy pool but if you need a decent kitchen including BIG FREZER OR REFRIGERATOR!!!!!) then this is perfectly for you. It has a ROOM to separate space, which is very good and also was awesome to have ocean view from the LIVINGROOM! AMENITIES and soap are good quality and house keeping was perfectly clean and they kindly did bring us towels and soap when we asked for because we family needed them more. We definitely coming back"

"We stayed bay side 2 days and ocean view 2 days. The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Stunning views both sides. Pool was top notch, heated and always a place to set pool side. 1 complaint .. the beach chair rental was $60 which is nuts. Everything else was superb.. bring your own chairs and umbrellas and its perfect."

"We were in room 358, very nice view of the ocean. Room was very clean, however.. the shower bar was rusted and I do mean rusted. It needs to be changed out and a new shower curtain. Outside of that everything was great. Oh, and the chicken wings in the hotel restaurant are very tasty 😋 "

"Just over the bridge from Pensacola Beach. (Ow toll bridge) about 15 minutes from downtown. Ice machine was just a cooler with ice. Didn't really care for that. Check in agent was very kind and the room was nice. "

"The staff were so friendly. I lost my keys and they went out of their way to track me down. The kayaks were so fun to use! It was the perfect location across from the beach and walking access to different shopping areas and restaurants."

"The outside areas are beautiful pool, courtyard and beach access was amazing. The hot tub was not working and only clean one of the days. The room was out dated but clean. The worst thing is the AC is on a timer. My hot flashes AC on a timer sucked. The staff explained it like it is what it is sweat."
