Check-in was smooth and the staff was respectful and helpful whenever I needed assistance. The location was convenient for getting around Chesapeake and nearby areas. For the price, it was a good experience and I’d definitely consider staying again if I’m back in the area."

"Breakfast was nice and pool was closed with only 1 elevator working. The room smelled of cigarette badly and was informed by the front desk that the reason was the entire hotel is on one ventilation system which causes the smoke smell to spread through the rooms but not the halls. The bathroom desperately needs updating and patching. "

"We were happy to be able to check in early. The walls are very thin. The neighbor and room was very loud. I think this has to do with the fact that there is no carpet in this hotel, not in the rooms or in the hallways. The room was nice large, spacious, and comfortable. Due to the better chain of hotels I was disappointed there was not a shuttle service to the downtown area."
