A mix up at check in saw delays and harassment over payment. Eventually sorted with apologies from the admin. Very poor hot shower - a dribble of water at best. Otherwise the stay was fine with warm room, excellent breakfasts offered.

Esta Hostal diec eque ya no trabaja ocn hoteles.com, y por ende no existia mi reserva, y tuve que buscar otro hostal o hotel, y el encargado inidico que no puede hacer nada... mas que ofrecerme otra habitacion que no era nada de lo que yo habia reservado y ademas no era muy agradable.

No nos agradaron mucho las habitaciones por falta de pulcritud en la limpieza de los baños y la carencia de enchufes en las habitaciones (solo un enchufe en el baño en cada habitación). Por lo demás la ubicación buena, pero una carencia general de comodidad.

Pas mal pour le prix

Cet hôtel au style colonial avec un superbe patio,est très bien situé,au centre de Sucre.Les chambres sont vétustes avec quelques lacunes (pourtant faciles à améliorer):pas de lampes de chevet,aucune prise de courant dans la chambre,seulement 1 -branlante -au lavabo ,la porte du cabinet de toilette est montée sur rail,mais est très dure à faire coulisser... Le lit est bon,le wifi fonctionne bien,le petit déjeuner buffet comprend l’essentiel Bon pain,beurre,confiture,ananas et papaye frais,jus frais de ces 2 fruits ,et une crème genre yaourt très goûteuse.(+nescafé et lait à volonté) L’accueil est sympathique mais un peu procédurier (on y laisse le passeport ou on remplit une longue fiche). La salle de bain (eau bien chaude )mériterait une modernisation . Le rapport qualité /prix reste bon pour un centre ville

Check your booking carefully

I booked three rooms in this hotel through hotels.com. Before check in I decided to call the hotel and confirm the check in time. But at the reception I was told that they don't have any booking from me although I had a confirmation. I had to book it one more time via phone. The personal don't speak English at all. Wifi works in some places. Breakfast is very poor: fruits and few pieces of very old bread. Rooms are basic.

When we arrived they had lost our booking somehow but they gave us the last room they had, however no double bed. But very helpful staff. Breakfast very basic, some fruit and bread. Overall good.
