"Jangan book hotel ni. lobi hotel takde, cuma ada seorang staff yang setup kerusi dan meja kecil di depan lif lobi. bayaran deposit dikenakan RM100, tapi tiada resit dikeluarkan. bila minta resit, dia suruh amik gambar je sebagai bukti. "First impressions were formed right at the check in counter. Rakesh, Baljeet,Kabir, Manoj, Hassan, Raza, Pawshi, Mohammed and all other staff are very professional and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with choices for all types of cuisine. Room was clean and housekeeping staff very helpful. I will recommend this hotel to everyone. We enjoyed our stay very much. Hotel is in a central location and walking distance to all amenities. We walked to the Patronas Tower, Pavilion Mall and the surrounding. Hop on Hop off bus in walking distance. Very relaxing hotel environment."
