"Beautiful in every way. Warm welcome from Tom, - thank you! Easy check in / check out. So many thoughtful touches in the suite; lovely art, dishes and glassware, -nothing generic and cold here. Great mix of antiques with new pieces; the decor is very warm and inviting. Soft towels and cozy lighting. We can’t wait to stay here again! The location is spectacular and the views took our breath way. Five stars for sure. "

"Check in staff was a little un-hospitable - very transactional. The room was freezing and water would not warm past like warm (over at the Grove). Staff made up for the poor check in experience the next day- extremely warm and professional offering to switch rooms. The Spa staff was incredibly attentive as is the bar staff. The property is adorable- cozy, rustic but high end. The event activities (yoga) are also wonderful! Would definitely stay here again! "

"Gualala Inn was a comfortable and affordable stay. Our room was clean, comfortable, fully equipped, and faced the ocean (you get great sunrise and sunset views). The front desk was friendly and even gave us some good recs for hiking trails. The hotel is also pet friendly which allowed us to bring our dog. Overall, it was a great trip. "

"Breakfast used to (years ago) include a proper meal (hot), but now is pretty basic. Times have changed, I know and it’s fine for what it is. Everything else was more than fantastic! Lovely king room, 2nd floor, with fireplace. Highly recommend!"
