Das Horror-Resort!!!!
Schrecklich! Ein totes Resort ohne Gäste und von der Zeit stark verlebt. Das Zimmer stank, das Bad war eine totale Katastrophe - dreckig und nichts funktionierte. Die Tür zur Terrasse war nicht abschließbar, sodass man jederzeit in unser Zimmer spazieren konnte. Auf Nachfragen sagte man uns, dass die Techniker schon weg seien. Auf die Bitte hin ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, rief der nette und hilfsbereite Mann an der Rezeption bei der Managerin an, die ihn anschrie und meinte:"I don't care!!!" Das Internet im Zimmer funktionierte auch nicht und das Bett quitschte bei jedem Atemzug. Zum Glück waren wir nur eine Nacht dort und wollten früh wieder auschecken. Frühstück gab es angeblich ab 7Uhr. Als wir um 7.15Uhr frühstücken wollten, kamen die Damen gerade selber erst an. Um 8.15 Uhr bekamen wir denn endlich unser Frühstück - auf den Kaffe warten wir allerdings heute noch. Auschecken konnten wir erst nach 8 Uhr. Das Personal ist sehr nett und versucht zu helfen - allerdings sind Ihnen bei diesem miserablen Management die Hände gebunden. Ich weiss nicht, welches dreckige Geld dort gewaschen wird, aber ein seriöser und offizieller Hotelbetrieb ist das nicht!! Alle positiven Bewertungen zu diesem Hotel können nur fake sein!! Niemals dieses Hotel buchen!

Начнем с того с при заселении с вас возьмут залог 1500 дирхам, про который на сайте не слова. WIFI в номере не работает. Видно, что отель новый, но уже что-то где-то начинает разваливаться и облезать. Фена нет, тапочки в номере б/у. Из освещения только прикроватная лампа и торшер.
