Novotel Surfers Paradise
Novotel was good , I stayed for 5 nights. It’s not bad. I wasn’t expecting high class luxury anyways, what you pay is what you get. They can improve on breakfast environment. The dining area definitely needs an upgrade.

everything was great but we preferred our stay previously in room on 19th floor, this time 4th floor, definitely if staying longer would prefer higher floors otherwise clean, everything including washer and dryer, just perfect.

Location was great and having onsite parking was perfect. Pool was good too and not too busy. Room was good, but the smell of carpet deodoriser was too much as we walked in. The washing machine didn’t seem to work properly which would explain the dirty cutlery and crockery. Hot water in the taps ...
