"Bring all your stuff, including bathroom towels. Also this hotel charges $11.00 for every adult (16+) as final cleaning fee during the stay. I am not impressed being a royal Marriott member . "

"Everything was absolutely amazing from the check-in to the room and breakfast. Would love to stay here again."

"So far this 8s the best prop3we stayed at during our Europe road trip. The place is just amazing, super clean and very well maintained. Great amenities and the shower is amazing. The property is located in the center of a small village, so you have some restaurants and even a supermarket with anything you might need. The balcony and the view is breathtaking. Would definitely stay here again"

"Beautiful hotel, lots of hand crafted art, good breakfast. Lovely view and great location."

"I wanted to spend three nights in this spa Hotel, but unfortunately, I was ill the day I was scheduled to travel to the hotel, so ended up spending only two nights. I was met at the hotel by a very friendly and helpful receptionist, who had arranged an upgraded room, given that I was unable to arrive the first evening. Sah nicht ansprechend aus. Man musste öfters darauf hinweisen, dass einige sachen schon vergriffen waren. Und was total irritierend war ist, dass es kaffeekapseln zu €1.50 das stück zu erwerben war wenn man ein "guten" Kaffee trinken möchte. Wir finden, das sollte inkl. sein, oder deutlich günstiger. Ansonsten waren...

"The staff really went out of their way to be helpful and made my stay a real pleasure. The breakfast was excellent, and I had two very tasty dinners as well. Highly recommended!"

"Very nice stay all in all. I enjoyed the location close to the Schlossalmbahn and bus station and right in town. The view from my hotel room (after I upgraded for just 10euros per night) was amazing. Wish it was more encouraged to enjoy your breakfast and dinner on the nice terrace of the restaurant."

"Good location."

"Brilliant in all aspects. Lovely staff and fantastic service and awesome food. Spa is amazing and the outdoors therme pool is wonderful and warm. Highly recommend this awesome hotel and its amazing staff and spa. The only tiny tiny tiny two things are that afternoon tea finished at 430 pm so we missed it every day as many skiers would. Secondly you get an allocated table for each meal for each day. It never changes which can become stale. However the staff were amazing and let us shift around...
