"Outstanding. Our room was upgrade for FREE to a much nicer one. My partner was feeling quite sick in the morning due to a health condition and they let us check out an hour later giving us more time to pack. So considerate. Our tv wasn’t working and the manager came in our rooms and fixed it personally. Friendly staff, fantastic full continental breakfast and English breakfast buffet. Amazing price. We will be staying here again very soon! "

"We recently stayed here, and everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming. The lunch menu was excellent, and we loved the convenient, walkable location. The bar and lounge area was also very nice. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be staying here again—10/10 recommend! The only downsides were that one of the elevators was out of service, causing some delays, and nearby construction made our Uber rides take slightly longer routes. However, these were minor inconveniences compared to the overall quality of our stay."
