"The apartment 419 is located at 3rd floor of Casa Marina Apartment House. Good: location; walking distance to promenade and beach. Many restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Bad: worn furniture in the apartment (sofas and armchairs partly dirty, beds creak, table partly damaged); not enough knives (6, but we were 7). I highly recommend to replace the dirty/damaged furniture. "

"Before you book this apartment there are a few things you need to consider. It is about 25 min walk to the main molo area with shops and restaurants. I would not recommend driving.  It is hard to find parking downtown and you have to pay for parking. The local grocery store is about 15 min walk. "Property, view, staff, and amenities was excellent. The only knock we had on it was the parking situation and ability to get to the front of the hotel/parking garage. A suggestion I would say is to maybe put a sign on the corner of the Under Armor store to direct parking traffic."
