"Excellent clean hotel with a superb buffet breakfast. The front desk staff are excellen;, very pleasant and helpful. The location is excellent, close to the Camolllia Gate into the old town. An aside, every local person we met on the streets when we were in Siena was pleasant and offered help when we looked a little confused with our directions. "

"Beautiful quaint hotel. Beautiful view from the garden. Walkable to all of the sites and restaurants, at the top of the hill- but everything is on a hill. Nice breakfast. Very relaxing place to stay. Staff was very accommodating."

"The property is very quiet and great for a relaxing experience to rest. The staff is very helpful , especially with organizing transportation as the hotel is not in the centre of Siena and it is sometimes difficult to find a local taxi. The breakfast buffet had one of the best varieties I’ve seen during my trip where I stayed at 5 different hotels over 2 weeks. My only criticism is that the key ring for the room key is very big and heavy and not easy to carry around. I would suggest investing in smaller/ lighter ones"
