"Hottest day of year so the air conditioned room was welcoming, room was spacious and comfortable, but did show some areas of wear. No coffee in the room. Breakfast expensive to opted for nearby McDonald’s instead. But overall a very pleasant stay."

"We went for a relaxing spa. Firstly, the air conditioning wasn’t working in our room, one of the hottest days so far, was told they would check and in the meantime there was a fan in the cupboard. No fan, but a heater!! Phoned reception again to let them know and then said they would come back to me. Went to reception and we changed rooms which was a much better room anyway. We used the pool facilities which were nice enough but unfortunately there were 2 children in particular who screamed constantly and it was so loud in such a small environment. We have no issue with children at all playing etc but the screaming was not fair for other guests who were there to relax. This did spoil it a bit to be honest. In the morning breakfast was lovely and back to the spa. Children playing, no problem. Criticism: only 6 sunbeds!! Went back to our room for a shower before returning home and we had no hot water!"
