I have still not received correct invoice with needed information on mail as prommised three days ago, bad service as I pointed out on my order, and again by check-in but by check-out early they did not know about my whishes event though it stood loud and clear, same goes for my colleauge Jesper Eggert - I am still waiting.....

Helt ok

Det var fint. Hadde forventet noe mer på et spa hotell, men det var ikke dårlig. Små barn som hopper i bassenget i spa avdelingen, flere voksne som ikke overholdt stille delen av spaet. Alle boblebadene opptatt i rense perioden. Ingen ansatte som var inne og ryddet eller sa fra. Det var litt kjipt, og ble ikke en like avslappende opplevelse som jeg hadde sett for meg. Frokosten var generelt bra, men eggerøren var ikke god. Restauranten hadde vi både en flott opplevelse i, og en mindre bra opplevelse.

Overpriset og dårlig

Dessverre er Strømstad Spa sterkt overpriset sammenlignet med hva man får. Rommet var ikke særlig rent og ganske slitent. Rengjøring skjer ikke med mindre man ber om det eksplisitt til resepsjonen. Du får 3 kaffekapsler ved ankomst, alt annet må betales ekstra for. Adgang til basseng er ikke inkludert i det overprisede rommet, og du må betale for både voksne og barn. Dette blir fort en kostbar opplevelse. Frokosten var helt ok. Restauranten leverer en helt medium opplevelse med mat som hverken er dårlig eller spesielt interessant. Det beste er å kjøre videre til et mer spennende hotell med mer «value for money».

Gnissligt värre ..

Hotellrummet hade inte två i behållarna varken vid handfat eller i dusch, saknade galgar , badrumsdörren gnisslade extremt högt, gick inte att stänga, glödlampan trasig i sänglampan Vi sa till det enda som hände var att vi fick tvål påfyllt inte ens en galge eller dörren åtgärdad Ingen i receptionen tog tag i det bara lite tafatt oj då

A luxury hotel that doesn’t live up to expectation

Unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning significantly lowered our rating. It was 30 degrees outside and probably even hotter inside, despite the open door and windows, which made the night sleepless. At first glance, our deluxe room looked clean, but when I wiped up some water from the floor, the paper turned black. The restaurant’s selection was poor, and the serving staff was confused. Twice, our waiter thought we had ordered fish instead of burgers. I definitely have higher expectations for a hotel of this class.

HC-rom uten mulighet til å bruke rullator, alt for trangt! Ventet 1 time i restauranten på å få mat, dlrst 30 minutter før kelner kom og tok bestillingen, deretter 30 minutter før maten kom. Vi var 2 personer og restauranten var langt i fra full.

Et spa hotell som tar 295 kroner per person ekstra for 2 timers bruk av svømmebasseng er ikke noe spahotell. Det er et hotell med et nærliggende basseng du ikke har tilgang til. At de brukte 5 og en halv time på å fremskaffe et rom er ikke imponerende heller.

Otroligt bra restaurang och bar, med vällagad mat och trevlig personal. Dessvärre va Spa delen inte i närheten av vad man kan förvänta sig för priset. Ingen personal på plats, för att få sig en drink var man tvungen att gå ut till huvudbaren i enbart badrock, kändes inte speciellt lämpligt på ett hotell som vill vara så exklusivt. Rummet saknade luftkonditionering, dock gick fönstret att öppna på vid gavel så man fick in syre. Städningen lämnade en hel del att önska jämfört med likvärdiga hotell. Överlag bra personal och trevlig atmosfär.

Nesten, men ikke der.

Helt fint, lå nær luksusfølelsen uten helt å treffe den. Rommet var ombygd, uten å helt gjøre det helt gjennomført. Fortsatt plugger, kritt og blyant merker på veggene. Lite praktisk tenkte kontakter, MacGyver løsninger på TV. Ikke helt der. Garderobe med hengende ledninger ved skapene. Måtte igjennom 4 skap for å finne et som låste. Satt igjen med en "godt forsøk, men" følelse hele veien. Maten var unntaket, denne var levert på øverste hylle. Frokost, bar og middag var utmerket.

Veldig hyggelig lobby og spa avdeling. Men rommet manglet sjarm. Det var lytt ut til gang og mot naborom. Ingen håndklær var på rommet, så vi måtte be om det. Det var ingen ventilasjon, men heldigvis kunne vi åpne vinduet. Gode senger og bra frokost.
