"how on earth is this 4*. room was very basic with just 1 chair to sit on. there was no drawers to put your clothes in so had to live out of suitcase. We didn't even have tea and coffee making facility in our room. The drain in bathroom kept smelling so had to shut door. they never solved problem ..."
