"Room was not ready for check in at 3pm but we were given a small refund as compensation for the hour delay. Once in the room, there were ants all over the kitchen te and spiders in the bathroom Including one inside the clean towels when we opened it up. While the towels were clean/washes some of the towels had old stains on them that could do not wash out - would probably be best to retire those rather than use them for guests. Rooms were dated and hot. No room darkening shade so it gets bright...

"There was not a whole lot of options for breakfast, but I love that they offered hard boiled eggs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the view was amazing. Also, they had free newspapers, which was nice."

"What a beautiful hotel! Absolutely stunning property, the room was pristine with plenty of room for our family to spread out. The breakfast was good for my kids, but no gluten free options for me and my daughter who have celiac disease (though I was able to eat some hard-boiled eggs and that sufficed!). Everything else was perfect!"

"The room was clean and tidy however the common areas like stairs and hallways show signs of wear and needed vacuuming. Our curtains didn't close all the way (room 222) and the breakfast was satisfactory but not stellar. Light bulbs in bathroom missing or nonfunctioning."

"We can't wait to go back! We were in town to visit our son and his family and stayed here for 3 nights. In between visits with family, we ate at the restaurants, enjoyed the casino, loved the drinks and bar in the casino, went to the pool and had a great room! We can't wait to go back!"
