Also be aware that the place where you park is above the basement apartment down a short but fairly steep gravel path and/or another steep stairway. My wife and I are old and very unsteady on or feet. It would have been nice for us old folks if we had known what we were getting into. But it’s great if you are young. "The staff was really great, especially on such short notice being that we booked last minute. The room and amenities- well they leave a lot to be desired. If you have a good eye for detail, you will notice everything that is not clean or not well maintained or hurriedly put together in the rooms. Fresh paint always makes it look great, but once you seeeeee it, you can’t unsee things. The smallest non issue I had was there was not a shower curtain, went and got one and then there weren’t any shower rings for the rod. I improvised."
