"This was the best hotel of our trip to Italy! Super friendly and helpful staff - Marta showed us to our room upon arrival and explained the room features (I've never experienced that at a hotel before!). The hotel and the room were beautiful and spotless - and the shower has to be one of the best hotel showers of all time! Great stay!"

"The Grand Bristol hotel is by far the very best of all the places we have stayed so far, in Italy. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms with their beautiful modern design were an unexpected surprise! The beautiful gardens & pool, the luxurious rooms, the wonderful views, the warm and friendly staff made this an extra special place to stay with our family.
