As someone who has stayed at this motel in multiple phases. The current owners should be extremely proud. My room was clean, new floors, clean bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Front deak staff was very kind and helpful! Can not beat it for the price and the location if staying in Streator.

Our stay was made more pleasant than we could have imagined. The room was very clean comfortable and well maintained. Bee & Mike were so kind and compassionate .. that’s rare today. The pool looked lovely as we watched other guests utilize it. The free breakfast and fresh hot coffee was perfectly refreshing just what we needed. 4.5 of my stars to the overall experience

Nice little hotel, everything was very clean, our bed and pillows were so comfortable! The pool was a little cool, but felt great on muscles after hiking at the parks all day. Breakfast had lots of selections and fresh coffee was available all day. The staff was so kind and helpful.

The desk clerk spent (literally) the first five minutes trying to find the reservation even after I showed him the reservation number and receipt; offered to take my credit card and just rebook the room (big NO NO in my book); finally he found it and was pleasant. Everything about the interior and our room was clean and tidy. The grounds do not give a good impression—weeds prevalent and a bit of trash. Breakfast was hot and tasty. However, there was no hot water or hot milk for the instant oatmeal and only styrofoam bowls. When the attendant asked about our eval on the breakfast, we explained the problem and he brought out 2 glass bowls. Solved the issue for us, but not for anyone else 🙁 Overall, because of the condition of the interior and the willingness to get issues solved, the ranking is slightly above average.

Rug in the room was dirty. Room smelled musty. The fold down seat in the shower was rusting out. For the cost we paid for the room should of been in better condition. TV had lines going down the screen. We had to go to the front desk for clean towels due to they had no room service.

There was blood in all three rooms we had booked. The walls were dirty with handprints, the plumbing was leaking, the A/C was not working correctly, and the breakfast tasted moldy and sour.
