"The breakfast was terrible. Nothing like the review said the outdoor pool was not heated. The indoor pool was not heated, and it looked like it was part of another hotel. The shower didn’t drain when we took a shower, but the beds were clean"

"Upon check in at approximately 5pm, I was told that my room was not ready (check in is at 3pm). I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could check in. Once I got in the room, my daughter wanted to sleep on the pull out sofa bed but when we pulled it out there was a nail clipping, hair, and dirty stains on the sheet. I looked over my queen bed and discovered stains on my sheets and the pillow looked as though it had be used. I contacted the front desk, and I was instructed to come down stairs to get new sheets, which I did. While putting new sheets on my queen bed, I discovered that the mattress pad had a blood stain on it. I once again contacted the front desk and they sent someone up to change it. When I asked front desk to comp one night because of al the issues I had, they stated they could not because I booked through hotel.com. I contacted hotel.com and they tried to discuss with the hotel about comping one night and they refused. "
