"Breakfast could have been better "

"05.07.2026 The facility is under renovation. The pool is closed. The room was not clean. The breakfast was lacking breakfast. Thought coming down a few minutes before it was to "open" at least the coffee would be ready but the person who works at the front desk was doing something else and had nothing started. Was not going to wait for coffee or any other maybe type of food to be ready in 20 minute after the time it was supposed to be ready. Left and went to a restruant along our journey. Money we did not plan. Lacking a return from my mom and I. Spend the extra 20 to go elsewhere for the night. Should have went to the Ramada Inn."

"Initial room provided had not been cleaned. Next room was clean but in the morning, identified shampoo etc was empty had not been filled. Chose hotel due to restaurant. Food was mediocre and staff misplaced credit card at billing. They did find it but overall, not a “feel good” hotel. Would not recommend and definitely not worth the price."

"Breakfast was supposedly served until 9:00 but at 8:20 all protein was completely gone. There was no milk for cereal… and one singular yogurt. My family had to eat waffles only. No butter just margarine and syrup. I did ask the desk for more eggs or sausage for a group of young men that came hungry to the breakfast area. They did say it was too late to make sausage but they would make some eggs. They proceeded to microwave eggs. The rooms were certainly not sound proof like Expedia said. Our room door bar was broken, the sink handle was broken & the bathroom door looked as though someone tried to barge in. It was cheap and clean but still I dreamt about getting head lice. The rooms were clean & the staff was friendly."
