Nice place to stay

We had a really pleasant stay at Penryn Guest House. The room and en suit was a nice size, clean and comfortable! It’s within reasonable walking distance to the town centre too. We would definitely stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay, the perfect spot to explore Stratford on foot as it is a 15 min walk to the city centre, although we though there where not many nice restaurants until we found Sheep Street. The breakfast was awesome and although they had a stand in for our last day, we had a great omelette before leaving. The room was as expected, a little tight due to the 3 beds, but there was plenty of towels and amenities, although we have left some towels in the shower after our first night, but they where not replaced as expected. Overall we would highly recommend this B&B and will book direct next time to save a little money. Derek and Jenn

Our stay was enjoyable but for the length of time we were in Stratford upon Avon, a hotel with other facilities might have been a better choice. The location was really convenient to the centre - approx 15min walk to the centre, but this place is situated on the corner of a road and ground floor rooms look out onto the road (front) and car park (rear). The bed was comfortable and well made, towels etc were clean. Breakfast was well catered and prepared once you arrived at your table.

To stay or not to stay?

Comfortable, clean, good-sized room, very good breakfast, 15 - 20 minutes walk to town centre. Parking on-site but carpark quite small. House is on main road and we had a room at the front of the house so there was some traffic noise. Overall, very good value for money and would strongly recommend it.

Lovely Guesthouse

Comfortable, clean guest house with a friendly welcome. Our room was clean and well equipped with a nice en suite shower room. Breakfast was excellent. It's about 10 minutes walk from the station and 20 minutes walk into the town centre. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel near to the town centre

Lovely stay at this guest house. Hotel is a ten minute walk to the town centre. We stayed in the annex room at the rear of the hotel. It was very spacious and clean perfect for the three of us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very nice, quaint guest house

Easy access (less than a mile) from the train station, straight shot into the center of the city, my wife and I enjoyed this modernly adorned room, clean and comfortable. The room was filled with enough teas and coffees to last days, the staff told us the kitchen was accessible for us to grab something for our very early train ticket. We were gone too soon for breakfast but i am guessing, based on everything else, that it would have been smashing. Stratford-upon-Avon was a pleasant surprise and a perfect conclusion to our England trip. Highly recommend.

Lovely, well presented and efficiently run guest house. The service was friendly and accomodating and the breakfast was very well cooked and presented. It is situated a comfortable walking distance from the town centre. Would most definitely recommend and would happily return.

Easy access to Strattford town centre

we have just returned from having a 3 night stay in this B&B which is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre . We arrived on one of the coldest days on record only to find that our room was freezing cold . A warm welcoming room would have been much appreciated- however this was sorted by the next day. The breakfasts were beautifully cooked and were much appreciated. Sadly though the dining room was also very cold throughout our stay which has affected our overall rating of this B&B. Staff were friendly and the rooms very clean

Noisy !

Room cramped for a twin and had a strange damp smell. Room was at front of house directly on main road, very noisy. Hard to sleep as outside lights on all night, room had blind and curtains but neither suited to blocking light. Hosts friendly and pleasant and breakfast is excellent. Free WiFi was good.
