Superb hotel really convenient for all Strasbourg has to offer. Really helpful staff especially Thomas behind reception. Room really nice and breakfast had lots of choice. The only negative is not having tea and coffee making facilities in the room which I would expect from this type of establishment,but this would not stop me staying again

Top location in-between the Neustadt and the downtown. Almost every sight is within walking distance. Perfectly furnished, there is also a decent sauna to relax after a long day.

My bad for not purchasing the parking before I got there. The address from the web site to the property did not work because of the one way streets but we got there. The staff was great. Breakfast was good and it was such a great location to walk to all the things we wanted to see.

L'hôtel parfait !

Client depuis des années, toujours un véritable plaisir de séjourner dans cet hotel. Les chambres sont confortables, calmes, tout est soigné. Les prestations sont de qualité, le petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Et une mention spéciale a tout le personnel, agréable, professionnel et chaleureux ! Très bon établissement, le personnel est très sympathique. En revanche, les seuls points négatifs sont le parking et le fait que les chambres ne soit pas super bien isolées (on entends beaucoup les portes claquer et les gens parler ou marcher dans le couloir) En dehors de ça c’est un très bon hôtel !
