"Stayed in a lovely private room with private bathroom. Building was nicely quiet, even with people next door to me (I didn’t hear them). The shower was hot, which was great! Would definitely stay again :)"

"Our experience was wonderful. The room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly and helpful staff. The kitchen staff work very hard to make guess comfortable and happy. We highly recommend this hotel."
"Good offering of breakfast food items. Make sure you include breakfast when you book your stay.
Room cleaning topic: It needs to be made clear that if you want your room cleaned you need to tell the front desk by 10:00AM the day you want the room cleaned. We asked the night before and the room didn't get cleaned. Also I was asked when we checked in if we wanted the room cleaned the next day, I told them yes. the next day it wasn't cleaned.
Other than the room cleaning requests, I have no complaints."
"Cityhub is perfectly located, close to all the tourist sites in Reykjavik and convenient bus stops. The entire place felt very modern and clean, loved the comfy beds in the pods (more spacious than they look in photos!), and the shared washrooms were clean and had enough stalls (toilets and showers) that we never had to wait to get in. Loved the convenient lockers for luggage storage, the lounge was very cool (food, coffee, beer and liquor available for purchase, cold and hot water sink, fridge, etc.) and lovely staff. Will absolutely stay with Cityhub again, in Reykjavik or their other locations!"
"A beautiful and stylish hotel in Reykjavik with a warm, inviting atmosphere. The cozy bar was a great place to relax in the evenings, and the staff were excellent. Special recognition goes to Paulina at the concierge desk, whose help and guidance when we had car trouble were invaluable! Her outstanding service made a lasting impression."
"We were happy with the location, being in close walking distance to the center of the city. It was easy to get with the code sent to us in adcance to access to the building and clear instructions. Our suite was clean and well furnished."
"Was deciding between 3 and 4 stars, chose 4. Location is the key - if you plan to drive from Reykjavik to National parks for hiking and sightseeing, it has an excellent location on the East edge of town, very accessible. Pretty close to Costco gas station as well, which is well worth to save money on very expensive gas (just like everything in Iceland). The parking is convenient, just a few lots between the apartments and nearby businesses - free and pretty abundant. Suites themselves are furnished OK, nothing special, but works: shower pressure is great (important moment), kitchenette has all necessary appliances, laundry room (if needed) is available. Cleanliness a bit subpar, when we moved in a smell of some either burnt curry or something, so we had to find Febreze in the store and use it. Big drawback is window treatments: it is summer, so 20+ hours of daylight in Iceland. Why not invest in some cheap blinds? The curtain is not thick enough, coupled with blinds would have been great. Yes, we did have sleeping masks but seems strange not to have some blinds like in any hotel. We had to shut down the heater completely, as only one small window can be opened, and it does get hot in the room. Good value for money but some things good use a simple improvement."
