"Room was very good, and general property was okay. I had lots of trouble actually getting in the place with the instructions; fortunately, in the pouring rain a resident came along, let me in the place, then gave me helpful instructions for accessing my room. This type of property with no on-site person often presents problems in initial access. "

"The apartment was wonderful compact but very comfortable for two people. We booked the Deluxe Studio. The host was incredibly kind and easy to reach whenever needed, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The bed was very comfortable, and both the shower and washing machine were excellent. The only small improvement would be in the kitchenette. While the microwave, oven, stove, refrigerator, and sink were all great, it would have been nice to have dishwashing soap as well as a few more pots...

"Loved our stay so much! Quiet location, walking distance to Stavanger Sentrum, great rooms, kitchen, living area, incredibly easy access...couldnt ask for a better stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"

"Det står at stedet har 2 soverom og jeg tolket det som 2 senger. Men det er 1 seng og 1 sofa som ikke kan slåes ut som seng. Litt misvisende. Leiligheten er fin og ligger sentralt, men det var ganske kaldt i Stavanger da vi var der og det fantes bare 1 ovn som måtte deles på."

There were bath towels but no hand towels. There was a teapot but not a single tea bag, in spite of a photo on the listing showing both. "This hotel was the perfect base camp for hiking to Preikestolen. The lake setting is beautiful and there is kayaking and disc golf and many different hikes. The hike up to Pulpit Rock has three steep step inclines met with meadows and wide rock spaces. The hike is worth every step for the stunning and memorable views. It's quite an experience to look over the side of a cliff down about 2,000 feet. The hotel is rustic with it's front steps at the trailhead. The staff are helpful and friendly (thank you Adam and Natallia!). Most surprising feature in this hiking type lodge was the incredible dinners. The Norwegian food is prepared as in a five star restaurant and a had to thank the chef for the Asparagus soup and the meatball and vegetables main course. The room is comfortable with a nice lake view. A great stay!"
