Dublin One Hotel

Dublin One Hotel

8/10 Good
"The room was far too small for 3 adults, and my bed was stuck in a corner and I had to crawl in & out numerous times a day/night to get around. It was very uncomfortable! There was absolutely NO storage in the room at all, which made it very difficult as we all had to live our of our suitcases, amd couldn't even open them up properly! Insanity! The hotel itself was lively, and the staff very helpful too!"

"We walked in and fell in love with the room and the atmosphere of the hotel! The pool and sauna was lovely to relax in and the food from the restaurant in the hotel was amazing as well. We had an amazing time the few days we stayed there. And will book here again when back in Dublin!"

"The room itself was great and found the hotel good value for money. The hotel staff were friendly but unfortunately I trusted a bag to be kept at the hotel while we browsed Dublin before getting our evening flight home- when I collected the bag I discovered a vase I bought for a souvenir had been smashed. The bag was clearly not stored or cared for correctly- as the smash happened even with it being wrapped carefully."

"We liked the size of our room and the layout. The property was clean. The only issue we had was with parking. We were sent a link to learn about parking rather than just telling us. The link said to unload at the front of the hotel but the buses there make it quite difficult. One person told us to pay at the front desk so my husband went to get the ticket and brought it to the front desk but then the front desk clerk said to pay at the machine. A little confusing and frustrating"

"The room and the location were exceptional. My stay there was excellent until departure, when the front desk clerk offered to get me a cab to the airport. He put me in a cab that ended up costing 30% more than what I was quoted on the freenow Dublin taxi app. Definitely felt like a scam."
