"Charming, cozy hotel with character. The Kong Carl is conveniently located near the Sandefjord town center, an easy walk from the train station. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The room was as described, complete with mini-fridge and hot water kettle, and both the interior and exterior of the hotel have old-world charm and character. The hotel restaurant is convenient and delicious, with a well-stocked breakfast buffet and superb dinner menu. Walking distance to tasty coffee shops, the Hvaltorvet shopping mall, and the waterfront, among other things. A lovely stay—tusen takk!"

I guess the only improvement they’re trying to do is to reply bad reviews. It’s the same standard answer without actual action to improve their service."
