"This motel was comfortable enough, and the location was what we needed, but a lot of things need maintenance. The fan didn’t work. The AC was intermittently cold. And the walls are very thin. We heard a lot of traffic sounds all night and dogs barking. Also, there were not many pillows or blankets and the pillows we did have seemed well used. On the plus side, the room was well cleaned and and the beds were comfortable. So, basically, this motel was cheap which was reflected in the amenities, but it felt clean and safe, so it was ok overall."

"Our room was very dirty. There was food wrappers behind the couch and nightstand and under the beds. There were holes in the blankets on the bed. The internet only worked about half the time so the tv didn’t get any channels. Breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, oatmeal, or cereal with some juice and coffee/tea options. Our shower water did not heat up but the water in the sink was scalding hot. "

"I made a reservation on expedia on a Wednesday the week of spring break. They had one room left. When i went in, they were busy and the receptionist told me that the site double booked and they did not have another room for my family. The manager said he took care of it and I was able to get a room. The manager was also doing magic tricks for people. The hotel is old and shows it. My sink was logged with hair and straw. Weird. I was able go get it unclogged. The pool and restraunt are nice. The ocean view and light house location makes this hotel worth the money. The beach behind the hotel is mostly rocks with some sand. Bring water shoes."

"The pool was nice and warm enough to enjoy but they had a sign that the hot tub was out of order but I'm pretty sure it's been "out of order" for a long time. The room had a lot of space. It had a mini fridge but no microwave. No breakfast. There was a place to hang your clothes but no hangers. Felt worn but it was clean and with four grandkids it was a good place for the money for all the space and pool. "

"Tastefully remodeled and updated motel style property consisting of three buildings right on the beach! Loved the coastal design elements throughout. Rooms were spacious, impeccably clean and the ocean view was gorgeous. Enjoyed watching the sunset from our private balcony. The beach is steps away and excellent for walking and exploring tidepools during low tide. Parking is plentiful and free. Hotel located near harbor area with restaurants nearby. Complimentary breakfast consisted of hot and cold items that was well stocked. Would highly recommend to all who are visiting the Southern Oregon area. All of the staff we encountered from front desk to breakfast room were pleasant and helpful. "
