"Excellent breakfast "

"The room was clean and comfy for our week-long stay. The breakfast isn't great, but its a pretty typical hotel breakfast. This was our second stay at this hotel, and we'll be back. Really nice staff."

"This hotel is very, very nice. Clean, comfortable, modern and just a short 10 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants. Additionally, the staff (in particular Medina, Sydney and Jake) were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Absolutely wonderful experience. Looking forward to a return in the very near future. "

"Well the first night was great. We had to have a handicap accessible room for my dad. Room was awesome but the second night the room beside ours had people that were loud and in and out of their room till 4:30am. You could hear the door opening and closing multiple times. I did not sleep at all. I let the front desk know and they were going to say something to the guest since on weekends you have to sign a paper stating that you will not be disrupting and disrespectful of other guest. When I got back after going out I was informed for my safety and my parents safety that they feel like we should move to another room for the night cause the guest they spoke to was disrespectful to them and that they would probably retaliate if we stayed that night in the room. Mine you I am with my dad who is handicap and we had to move. I was not happy that I had to go pack everything up and move our things to another room. Very rude."

"This place it a hidden gem..You’re within a 10 minute walk to the water. The property is well maintained. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and Kate and Brody were amazing Hosts. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Oriental. Much better than a hotel. "

"Pleasant unit and complex. Nice walk around lake. Rec center pool enjoyable Minor and moderate problems. 1of 2 major windows opaque Took a day to get sink disposal repaired. 2 of 4 days no WiFi. No coffee filters nor salt and pepper. Jetted tub could not be filled above jets with hot water -ran out"
