"You have to pay for regular parking on the property. When you book this property - know this ! Breakfast is great if it is included - if not - it’s 25.00. Took way too long to get your room - I would not recommend this hotel. Hidden fees !"

"Nice and clean property in a quiet neighborhood. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a large flat TV. Nothing around the place except for a couple of restaurants, otherwise you need a transportation. The shuttle service from/to the airport was a bonus. It's recommended for a layover or a short stay. "

"The bed was the worst that I ever slept in my life. It had huge dents in it. I am so exhausted. I did not sleep at all. The bed should be thrown out and replaced. I wish I complained and switch rooms. I don’t know if the other beds would’ve been better if they’re all equally bad. Do not stay in room 426. It was the worst. Also, the phone does not work."

"We had a pretty poor experience at this hotel. The indoor pool (the only reason I booked this hotel) was closed for 2 days because it was being cleaned, and staff had no idea when it would reopen. Both elevators broke the day after we checked in, and we were on the 7th floor, so that was unpleasant. Worst of all, when we came back to the room on the day of check-out (before check-out time and before we had actually checked out), housekeeping staff were carrying our things out of the room. Luckily, we got back before they finished, or else I'm not sure what would've happened to our stuff. The hotel was clean and in a good location, but I wouldn't stay again based on this experience."
