"I will say, the staff was very polite and helpful. Also, we generally stay at the Hampton Inn so that is the hotel experience we’re used too. But, we had a sporting event and everything was either extremely expensive or sold out. The hotel room was SOOO bad. The walls were molding and peeling off under the window, the entertainment center had been chewed by a dog, the bathroom door was absolutely disgusting and dirty and the adjoining room door was taped off… Staff was nice, there were clean towels ( we didn’t shower here), and the linens on the bed were clean The pictures they have of the rooms are not what we got.. at all. "

"I rented two rooms for a weekend. The rooms were not clean. Doors did not work well. Blinds to the windows were broken in each room. There was no refrigerator or microwave in either room. "

"Multiple bed sheets had stains on them that looked like blood, not grease or dirt. One bed was covered in crumbs and there was a lot of other people's hair throughout. Overall it was dirty and gross. If you go, sleep on a sleeping bag, put trash bags over the pillows and keep your shoes on. Also the microwave didn't work."

"This was by far the most heinous place I’ve ever stayed. Stains all over the carpet, mattress, blankets, walls, ceiling, shower curtain. There were cigarette burns through the blankets and sheets. The window heat/AC unit had a layer of gunk on it years old. Dirty tissues were stuffed in the cracks of the window with a piece of filthy tape to “hold the window closed”. The gap in the door to the outside was large enough for anything that is most definitely living in that space to come and go as they please along with the ice cold winter air. The $175 I spent at Walmart on fabric sanitizers, Ozium air bombs, and a HEPA air purifier weren’t enough to even touch how bad the smell is of that place and everything that had the misfortune of being in our luggage and entering the room. If you’ve never felt like you needed to light your suitcase on fire to kill whatever smells and creatures are in it before taking it back in your house, this will be your first. When I tell you this was the worst way I’ve ever spent $675 ($225/night), and quite possibly much more on trauma therapy in the coming months, I am not being the least bit funny. "

"Motel accommodations were fair. Staff were great. Quiet spot in the downtown area. Great location from the Speedway. Would stay again."

"This could be a lovely hotel, but I’d need of maintenance and cleaning. The room was not clean, the ceiling was coming down in the bathroom area, a broken lamp was on the floor, terrible smoke odor in the room, one set of towels for two days in a king room. The front desk staff was friendly and the location was good."

"Amazing walking distance to the race track. Above and beyond customer service. Hard mattresses, broken toilet seat, cold water don’t work in shower. "
