"We had an early ferry to Islay the next morning, and the staff were so thoughtful to prepare our breakfast ahead of time and leave it at the front desk. Great service and nice, comfortable room. The hotel is also very close to the ferry terminal — only about a 10-minute drive, which was very convenient."

"Our room was clean and had tea/ coffee making facilities. Toiletries were also provided. The view out our window was of the castle. Good location. Hotel requires some updating and there are a few stairs to the rooms. "

"Cadillac Kustomz is a unique hotel with quirky design and loads of character. The rooms are individually styled, with all the necessary facilities, and are spotlessly clean. There is a diner restaurant and a bar on the premises, but we didn't get a chance to try them. The hotel is located quite a distance out from Rothesay, in Ardbeg, but it is a pleasant half hour walk along the waterfront, weather-permitting"
