"It was just ok. Location was excellent for us which is a big plus but let down by poor communications (no response to phone calls or emails at all). Check in instructions were sent, but after check in time. I wanted to confirm the arrangements upfront as it was getting to the stage where I thought I would need to arrange alternative accommodation. In addition, the flat itself was frankly, filthy. "Just back from an overnight stay and I must say what a super place the Oxford Belfry was! I was staying with my daughter and two grandchildren. They gave us a suite with separate bedrooms which was fantastic. Huge rooms with double basin shower room plus a separate toilet and basin. Loads of space to put belongings. Very clean, very comfortable beds, complimentary water and tea/coffee (machine with pods), bath robes too. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was great - easy flowing layout, good selection of hot and cold, it was great."
