Holiday Inn Express Stoke On Trent, an IHG Hotel
3.0 star property
8.6 out of 10, Excellent, (1001)
"I stayed for 4 nights. Staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. Breakfast was delicious and dining space large I have given my review a 4* because of 2 things. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. Only strong enough when cold but adding heat made the water limp out of the shower head. The other important thing was the car parking. Best Western Stoke on Trent City Centre Hotel
3.0 star property
7.0 out of 10, Good, (1000)
"The hotel was ok and in a great location for our visit to Stoke-on-Trent. The room we were given was small, with the double bed up against the wall. When in the room there was the sound of water running and this never stopped, even after telling the reception and was told by them that the maintenance people would sort it out, but no, it kept on running! It was like water torture! So if room 317 is allocated to you, then insist on another room!! The breakfast was good and the staff serving were...

North Stafford Hotel Town Centre
3.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (894)
"for a 3 star hotel, the condition of the property seems run down, a renovation would be needed to make this place thrive, beds are well a bed, but not the best at all, night porter walking around woke us up 3 times in the night, not much sound proofing for the rooms "
