"I wish I can rate 0 but there is no option!!! booked the room for this apartment and confirmation email sent from Expedia. I read the check in instruction message on the day arrival in Bucharest, tried to call the property but they said they do not have cooperation with Expedia….. left me in front of building in the evening, taxi paid, was forced to standon the road side and book another hotel that cost me 120 euro because of last minute booking. The property support does not show any support but keep asking me contact Expedia. After talk agent from Expedia, I am shocked about the support I received!!! Case number created but this agent ask me to wait 24-48hours for the update??? I feel frustrated from both party as I almost spent 1.5 hours to resolve the issue that is not because of me. Time and money wasted!!!"

"Warning not clean. So many cockroaches all over the room only if you like dirt you can choose this room Host is very rude I found out that the blanket not clean and bad smell. I asked him to replace it he taken it but never come back when I called him he not answer my call so he left me without blanket. Never care No kitchen items. Located in the ground floor. This means all insects are leaving with you My advice. Do not rent it even for free don’t "

"PROPERTY WE STAYED IN WAS NOT THE APARTMENT WE BOOKED AND WE WERE SENT TO A DIFFERENT BLOCK CLOSE BY. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WOMEN TRAVELLING ALONE! AND THE APARTMENT WAS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE PICTURES. We pre-booked taxis to and from the airport via Bolt and into Bucarest for an early morning excursion from the address we thought we were staying in and we had to re-book everything while we were there which caused a very hectic start to our break. Communication was hard with host on arrival and at one point we thought we were stuck without accommodation when we first arrived but was finally sorted. There was rubbish in the bin, dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no plug for the sink or bath. HOWEVER it was a relatively clean and tidy studio apartment on the 6th floor in a large block, the balcony overlooks a large childrens playground and we were kept up til 3am the first night by men drinking outside in the street. There is a fridge, freezer, microwave, bath (sans plug) over the bath (off the tap) shower which was hot and the fold out sofa bed was comfortable. Plenty of shops close by, and plenty of places to eat or get take out, very cheap to get a taxi into Bucarest or a bus/train close by if you prefer. If you dont need luxury and just need somewhere to lay your head of an evening thats inexpensive then this is fine, but not like the pictures. Theres also a washing machine and towels, bedding etc. Was not what we expected but as the trip went on it wasnt such a bad place. "

"Excellent hotel. It was a little too far out of the main area of town but Iknew thst when I booked. The Reception staff was excellent:kind and helpful. My main criticism would be the restaurant: the music was SO loud we couldn't hear ourselves tslking. Also, the dtrong smell of cigarette smoke throygh the restaurant was very disappointing."

"Very friendly and helpful staff. Nearby grocery store. Metro is also very close. The hotel and room are clean. There is a nearby gym which is free for the hotel guests. "

"I have stayed at the Line Hotel many times, it is always spotlessly clean, staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in a quiet location and I always have a great nights sleep here. Thank you once again for a lovely stay."
