"The hotel was beautiful. We enjoyed the restaurant too. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was the loud noise of the air conditioner. We would recommend staying there."

"Wonderful!!!"
Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Horsham
10/10 Excellent
"Have stayed here several times now as our son attends a nearby college. Very reasonable for the price, and easy to navigate the area. Staff is always great! We brought our dog on this trip. Upon walking him back in from a potty break, Damian (breakfast cook) saw us and asked if our dog could have a little bacon. He wrapped up some for us to take back to the room for him. Very thoughtful and appreciated by the pooch!!"

"Was able to check right in. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable."
Radisson Hotel Philadelphia Northeast
8/10 Good
"During check in I witnessed a man walk into the lobby visibly intoxicated or mentally unstable. He was stumbling and talking to himself. He then asked one of the front desk staff if he could use the outlet to change his phone. That staff member agreed and then pointed him in the direction of the lobby sitting area. I witnessed the whole interaction and became infuriated because at that moment, I didn’t feel safe staying in that hotel with my children. I complained to the other staff member behind the desk and informed him of what had happened. He reprimanded the other employee and then asked the man in the lobby to leave. He was also communicating with someone via walkie talkie about the situation. This incident took a while to be resolved and delayed my check in process. The man did eventually leave the lobby, but then he lingered outside of the entrance for an hour before eventually leaving. Their facility’s were nice overall at this hotel but I definitely would not stay here again, knowing that the lobby is also for the public’s use and not just hotel guest!"
