"Sam is a racist (employee) worst stay ever! He allegedly claims I had a party in my room for my son which I didn’t, a few kids from my room went to the pool, and he mentioned he was going to charge me $125/$150 extra because someone made a complaint about kids in the pool, splashing water and it hit the man that complained, he never asked me what happened, just went off what they guy told him at the front desk, SAM is a horrible employee, told me $150 will make everything go away, even threatened to cancel my stay over something small with some kids in a pool, I in demand said if you’re going to cancel, give me my refund, or give me a second room, of course he said no rooms were available, I also have pictures of large families in the pool as well, and you guys having a party in the lobby, did they get charged as well or only me because I’m black? This is my first stay and my last stay, I also have pictures of both large parties, I was very uncomfortable after that incident with same, I need hire up to reach out to me because all in total I paid $330 plus on one night, is very crazy too me for one room, because “I so called had a party” like I told him there was no party, there were people next door to my room, what happened to those complaints?
And I have my proof of pictures to show the parties going on, but charged me as a party "
