We had a great stay the night before our morning flight. The room was clean, dinner at the restaurant was great. We didn’t have breakfast, but it looked like it had a great variety of food. The staff were terrific! Very friendly and very helpful the morning we left when we were rushing because our original flight was cancelled and we rebooked on an earlier flight. Highly recommend this hotel!

I had a long layover at night and this hotel was a life saver. I didn’t even need to take a shuttle from my gate to the hotel. There’s self check in kiosks if you don’t feel like talking to anyone. Location was our primary goal - due to an early flight back to USA. This hotel is right on the airport grounds, although a good 20-30 minute hike to the International terminal. Still, it's much more convenient than staying offsite having to Uber or taxi back in traffic as we've experienced at Heathrow. Property itself is very clean, comfortable and well managed. Their breakfast buffet is impressive and a cold version is available starting at 3:30am!! Great value overall. We'd stay again next time. Cheers!

I arrived after midnight, after a horrible long flight with food poisoning, exhausted and tired. The lady who checked me in was incredibly nice and welcoming, despite the late hour. I slept like a baby in a very quiet room. Woke up the next morning feeling refreshed and HUNGRY (after not being able to eat anything for almost 24hrs). The breakfast buffet did not disappoint, and I hope there was still food available for the other guests after I was done! :)

Clean room, nice design and comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice also. Could've used a few more pillows for my family, but we also didn't ask for more. Staff was extremely helpful. We left our iPad in the room after check out, got to security and realized. I ran back and they helped me get it no problem. Breakfast was a great spread also! I would recommend this hotel every time if you have an early flight out of ARN.

Check in was nice and quick. The room we booked was suppose to be one with a sofa bed for the 3rd person but it was not, instead it had a bunk bed at the top of the room just below the ceiling with a very steep ladder to climb...not too safe. The room was smaller than expected. Only 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels. No face cloths or towel for floor. The shower made a mess on the floor with water going everywhere and the floor was slippery. It was warm despite the air conditioner at night while trying to sleep. The beds were not that comfortable. Only there for one night so it was doable. I would have liked the room we booked and paid for though. Very close to airport terminals but still a very long walk, especially with luggage.

I chose the hotel because of the proximity to the terminal - the walk was described as 15 min. However, for passengers with more luggage it was disappointing not to find a cart next to the hotel so the walk was rather cumbersome, even as only part is outdoors. Getting to the check-in terminals using stairs was difficult and elevators were not easily found. While these are not issues for the hotel, they may want to note the challenges of walking with multiple luggage pieces on their web site so that guests can make arrangements ahead of time (a cart was available just outside when I checked in but I didn't realize it's no guarantee there'll be one there in the morning). Also I arrived too late for the restaurant to be open. At least the bar was, which was fine. The chek-in staff at night (post 9:30PM) was also very friendly and helpful. Five stars to him.
