"The hotel is lovely, however, could do with some TLC. All the staff were fab, especially Amelie and Connor in the restaurant. Evening meal was gorgeous, fresh, tasty and well presented. Breakfast was awful as all the 'hot' items were cold and the sausages did not seem to have been cooked, still translucent through the skin. The deluxe double was good, although could really benefit from a little TLC."

"Room was clean and tidy, plenty of space. Towels, toiletries are provided. The room also has a kettle, tea, coffee, and a smart TV which you can cast to. The staff are helpful and friendly. There is plenty of lounge space and activities on the ground floor. Lovely stay!"

"Tired. Window latches very loose, mattress a bit lumpy. Did not use gym. Swimming pool OK. Steam room on slightly cool side, but sauna perfect. Jacuzzi has run out of bubbles and missing a few tiles, and was barely warm enough to bath a baby."

"Excellent location for transport (Reading Station/RailAir etc), a great welcome when I arrived from the reception staff, room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a wide choice of foods. What more could I ask for? Will definitely use again and have already booked another stay in 4 weeks. Thank you!"
