"As requested, the suite overlooked the lower unit at the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any of our needs. The food was elevated this trip and that kept us on the property. We will be back again next year. "

"Floors in room were very dirty. Bottoms of my feet were black from walking around barefoot in the room. Refrigerator could be on a stand and not the floor. Pool and bar close way too early! Leaves in pool and grounds need more upkeep and maintenance. Elevator was not working and front desk people were not answering phone calls and seemed overwhelmed at times. 6 out of 10 stars from me. Would I stay again probably not. Only reason we stayed was all others were booked. "

"The room I paid $1,250 for one night lacked privacy because the window blinds were poorly installed and sloppy. The bathroom had an old bathtub, and the faucets were nearly falling apart. The TV was extremely outdated. I’m very disappointed. I’ve visited Key West many times, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in."
