Easy to get to from the airport, nice restaurant, breakfast and rooms! The pool is nice, the gym is a little on the smaller side but who works out in hotel anyway. Would stay again next time I visit the area.

This is at the airport so not a lot to do or see. They do have a first class restaurant and there is a small shopping mall across the street. The laundry service was good, a bit expensive, but for me it was a much appreciated service.

The hotel is very nicely appointed and breakfast is great. However some rooms face the internal courtyard that hosts the reception and bar. Those rooms can be noisy until the bar settles down.

Very conveniently located next to the airport that is accessible via a walking path. Large rooms, updated, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast and buffet in the evening.

I stay rather frequently at Scandic Hell. It is my preferred hotel when I have either early morning flights out of Trondheim, or my flights arrive late in Trondheim. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and set up if I have additional guests staying with me. The restaurant is great, and the breakfast buffet is even better. I’m never disappointed when I stay here.

Hotel was good; included breakfast was excellent. Room was very warm at night even with window open; there is no a/c so when it is warm outside it is even warmer in your room. This is likely not a factor in winter months. You get noise from planes taking off at the airport, trains passing by and the multiple roads that surround it.

Welcome to Hell (Scandic!)

O hotel fica bem situado, a 10 minutos a pé do aeroporto e proximo de uma zona comercial. A entrada acolhe-nos, com muito humor, com um benvindo ao Inferno (Welcome to Hell). Muito bom pequeno almoço com uma enorme variedade como já há muito não via. Quarto muto confortavel e limpo. Pessoal muito simpático. Um optimo ponto de apoio para viagens com estadia em Varnes ou para conhecer a cidade de Trondheim.

Wonderful location very clean The only downside was the tremostat is placed right next to.the beds and is extremely bright. Was not able to regulate the temperature. The worker was of no help.

Ungeplanter aber guter Aufenthalt

Aufgrund von Flugausfällen in Trondheim mussten wir hier übernachten. Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen her super zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und für die gestrandeten Passagiere wurde ein reichhaltiges Buffet fürs Nachtessen angeboten. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man für einen Kurzaufenthalt benötigt. Morgens mussten wir bereits um 4:30 Uhr wieder los, trotzdem gab es ein kleines Frühstück. Auch wenn unser Aufenthalt unfreiwillig war, wir haben uns den Umständen entsprechend sehr wohl und gut versorgt gefühlt.

Et hotel med plads til forbedringer

Har oplyst på Hotel.com, at vi medbragte hund. Det havde hotellet i læst, da de forventer, at man ringer til dem om dette. Vores værelse blev nedgraderet til et meget lille værelse, hvor man måtte medbringe hund. Dette uden fradrag i prisen, da det åbenbart gik lige op med betaling for hund. Tæpper på gange og i elevator har ikke været støvsuget længe, så det fremtræder beskidt. Flere klinker ved indgangen var defekte og burde været skiftet for længe siden. Der manglende toiletpapir på værelset, og selv efter 8 timer var det ikke lykkedes for personalet at levere nye ruller. Restauranten var ok, men priserne er total vilde. Men når der ikke er andre muligheder i nærheden, så bestemmer man også prisniveauet. Kaffeautomat til gratis kaffe i receptionen virkede heller ikke. Der trænger virkelig til en opstramning.
