"Nasty dirty hotel. Poor service at front counter. No water in bathroom for most of day. Then no hot water for shower later. Everything is dirty EVERYTHING."

"When we checked in, the room keys didn't work, so had to go back down because they were programmed wrong. Once got in room, there was only 1 washcloth. Upon leaving in the AM .we saw housekeeping a couple doors down and informed them. When we returned in the evening. NO Housekeeping at ALL. Husband went to front desk and was told housekeeping said we had card on door handle. He had to physically bring up fresh towels, coffee etc. Next day housekeeping came as we were getting dressed, I got toilet tissue and informed them we'll be gone in 2hrs. We came back in evening, and no housekeeping again. Husband went back down and was told the same lie, that we had the card on the door handle. So No, we were not satisfied at all ."

"This was my second stay with this location. The ice machine on our floor wasn’t working, but service desk helped us get some ice at the lobby. I made sure to get the same room as my last stay, I enjoy the quietness from hallway. Definitely plan to come back during the Special Olympics visit again. This location is the best from the campus activities."

"Everything was good till about 1030pm/11pm. Water started coming up out sink and bath tub. No one in our room was even up it started on its own left dirt in the sink and the sink filled half way with water. It sounded like a washe running in our room. I told staff and was just met with thanks. It was over $300 for the stay for water backing up in our sink. Otherwise hotel was nice hot tub was hot."

"It is not understandable how a hotel that is undergoing renovation does not report on its website the work it is doing, but does charge the market rate which is very high for what it offers. We were able to see many workers moving around the visitors' own facilities, using the elevator with large equipment, materials and sheets which can cause an accident when leaving it in front of the guests. In general the service was very poor, the hotel was dirty, they removed the water and after the complaint was made they should have applied a discount which in the end was a deception. Breakfast is the same every day, there is no variety for a long stay. I really don't recommend it"
