"Vi hade ringt och sagt att vi skulle komma vid 17.00. Receptionen skulle vara öppen till 20.00,. När vi kom 16.30 fanns det ingen på hotellet, vi hade inga nycklar ! Nycklarna, flera andra, låg i brevlådan det kändes inte bra. Fanns ingen att fråga eller service . Vi bytte hotell andra natten, sov en natt men betalade för två nätter. Vi försökte säga upp rummet ett dygn innan men det gick inte när man bokat två nätter i rad, DÅLIGT när hotellet var kasst"
