"We booked a room for 4, and were given a superior executive triple. The room was very clean but it was extremely small, there was barely any room to move around. In our room, the door to the bathroom and the main door were awkwardly placed where if the bathroom door is open even just a bit, you can’t open the main door. The included breakfast was very enjoyable and offered many options. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. If travelling in the near future, note that there is quite a bit of construction happening in the area near this hotel."

"The property has expanded since our last stay, and the grounds are simply stunning, filled with interesting sculptures and secluded areas (and a great playground), all in the small, busy city of Florence (you can see the Duomo from the garden). What I appreciated the most is the serenity and the attention to detail. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bedding is typical of four seasons. The cleaning staff provided the most extraordinary service, like arranging all my many toiletry items neatly without being intrusive, to the extent only this Four Seasons has consistently done. My only wish was to have more authentic Italian food in the hotel restaurants."
