"Staff was very nice and helpful, but a few things were not so great, I booked a stay for four night, on night two the toilet stopped flushing and the sink was very slow to drain, I let the front desk know and that I would be gone most of the day, when I got back it was after ten and no one had come to fix it, I had to fill the tank with water to get it to flush, next morning I just giggled the flapper and it was ok for the rest of the days but I’m a little upset that no one ever came, I was in town for my dad’s funeral and it was already an emotional and stressful trip, second was the coffee on two morning was not hot and it was after breakfast was supposed to start, I had to heat it up in the microwave in my room. I also kept tripping on the carpet in front of the elevator as it was worn and loose."
